HOW TO USE

Step 1: Dampen Cloud No. 9 Cleansing Puff with lukewarm water and squeeze out excess liquid lightly.

Step 2: Gently press over your eye, let it soak for 3-5 seconds and slowly swipe outwards to
remove your eye makeup. Repeat as necessary.
