Where do you ship to?
We are working hard with our logistics partner to build our network locations internationally.

How long does it take to process my order?
You should receive an order confirmation after checking out successfully.
We take 1-2 business days to process your order (local). Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number. If you do not receive your shipment tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us at hello@aliasgoodskin.com.
I made a mistake in my shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at hello@aliasgoodskin.com and we will help you sort it out.
I have not received my order.
If you have a shipment tracking number, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to be made. If you do not receive your order after that, please contact us at hello@aliasgoodskin.com.
If you do not have a shipment tracking number, please contact us at hello@aliasgoodskin.com to confirm your order has been processed.

Yes, our products are safe for all ages.
Are your products completely natural/organic?
We emphasize on the use of high-quality ingredients and it is as much important for our formulation to be safe, stable and effective for your skin.
Unfortunately, not all natural ingredients are safe. Rest assured our ingredients are tested for being skin-gentle, so you can use our products safely.

About Glow Honey Gel to Oil cleanser
If I have oily/combination skin, can I use an oil cleanser?
Yes, in fact oil cleanser can be beneficial for oily/combination skin and with regular use, it can regulate sebum production, which means less oily skin!
Do I need a second cleanse after using the Glow Honey Gel to Oil cleanser?
With the gel-based formula, all residue is completely washed off in a single cleanse. Your skin will feel clean and refreshed in a single wash, no need for a second cleanse.
If I'm wearing waterproof/long-wearing make-up, can the Glow Honey Gel to Oil cleanser really remove everything?
We have tested various brands of make-up, including long-wearing foundation, mascara, eyeliner and bold colored lipsticks. Our Glow Honey Gel to Oil cleanser can easily remove each of them, but we would recommend using more product (about 1.5 teaspoon) for better emulsification.
We also noticed for eye make-up, you can more gently remove them by using the Cloud No.9 Cleansing Puff together with the Glow Honey Gel to Oil cleanser.

What are the ingredients used?

About Cloud No.9 Cleansing Puff
How do I wash the cleansing puffs?
You can either hand wash them or put them in the washing machine. Please do not put them with white clothing.
After each wash, remember to dry them completely to minimize odors.
How often should I wash each cleansing puff?
We recommend washing them after 2-3 uses.
How many times can I wash each cleansing puff?
Each puff is can be washed up to 150x.
